The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying an extremely comfortable area, so close to Chaillac, a boulangerie, pharmacie and a couple of bars, and the local market square. Central location was a plus. The room was tastefully decorated and nice when upgraded with lovely linen as well as very comfy bed.

The hotel's location was perfect, short walk to a boulangerie, pharmacie and a couple of bars and the local market square. It also was in the centre of the village. A stone fireplace and central heating inside the queen room were handy...

The hosts were beyond amazing, staying up late to check us in and making us feel welcome. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, with a lovely view of the garden. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh pastries and a mouth-watering home-cooked meal. The bed was unbelievably comfy, making for a great night's sleep. The location was safe and perfect for exploring. The hospitality and attention to detail were exceptional, making this B&B and restaurant a must-visit. Definitely coming back!

I had the most amazing stay at this cozy Bed & Breakfast in a charming village in France. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The owners, Joanne and Robin, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were beautifully decorated with luxurious furnishings and had the most comfortable mattress and pillows. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a variety of options including cereals, pastries, bread, and jams. And let's not forget the delicious home-cooked meal served in the evening. The location was perfect, right in the center of the village with a picturesque view. I only stayed one night as a stopover, but I wish I had stayed longer. I highly recommend La Ruche for a home away from home experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the centre of the village, overlooking a pretty square. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and well-presented rooms, beds, and bathrooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check-in after 9pm without any issues. The little cafe downstairs served delicious homemade food, and we enjoyed watching the lively world of the village go by while we ate. a great experience. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at the charming Bed & Breakfast in the heart of the village. The host, Jo, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The decor of the rooms was tasteful and elegant, and I especially enjoyed the view of the beautiful garden. The breakfast, including fresh bread and pastries from the nearby patisserie, was delicious. I also had the pleasure of dining in the evening, overlooking the village square and listening to the church clock chime away the hours. It truly felt like a hidden gem.
